Hello from International Link. In case you are not familiar with us, we are a non-profit central resource center which assists our community in overcoming language and cultural barriers. Our clients are local international families and their employers, educators, health care and human service providers. Assistance is provided through support services which include connecting clients with interpreters for appointments and helping them navigate their way to community services and to jobs. We also provide language classes in English, Russian and Spanish, as well as cultural programs.

Through our English tutoring program, we assist our clients in developing language skills which enable them to become increasingly self-sufficient and to improve their quality of life. This program is unique to this area by offering tailor-made English tutoring with extensive support services. It is also unique in offering homework help as well as children's activities while parents access services.

Thanks to the help of our trained volunteers, we are currently serving 10 children in our Homework Help Program and 60 adults in our English Tutoring Program. Our students’ goals for improving their English include: to get a better job, to speak with their doctor, and to be able to help their children with their homework and speak with their teachers. Your support will enable us to continue to help our clients in meeting these goals.

International Link works to build our clients' English skills so that they can replace feelings of isolation with those of self-sufficiency. As you partner with us, our clients will develop the tools to become an integral, contributing and valued part of the community.
