Changing your recurring donation amount
Thank you for your partnership! Here’s how to make changes to your recurring electronic giving:
1. Go to our donation page
You can find our donate link at the bottom of our website, or paste https://internationallink.org/donate into your web browser.
2. Login to your account
Use your email to login. If you don’t remember your password, no problem! Just use your email to recover it:
3. Skip or enable touch ID
It may ask you if you would like to use your fingerprint to login. You can enable this or skip it.
4. Click on “Your Account”
This will show you options related to your account.
If you’re on a mobile device, it may appear as a “hamburger menu” (3 horizontal lines), like this:
5. Select “Recurring Schedules”
This will allow you to edit any recurring donations you have.
On a mobile device it may be called “Recurring Donations” instead of Recurring Schedules.
6. Find the recurring donation you want to change
It should be easy to find as there will probably be only one.
Click “Edit” to make changes.
7. Make your change
You can change the amount, the frequency, who you’re donating to, and your method of payment.
You can also cancel your recurring donation if you would like to.
8. Don’t forget to save
Once you’re done with your changes, click the green “Update” button at the bottom.
