Amazing Chemistry Show

Our good friend Josh Denhart taught chemistry and worked for many years with children in the non-profit world, but now he travels around the country putting on his “Amazing Chemistry Show.” He is from Iowa, so we don’t see him very often, but this Friday night he’s bringing his show to nearby Grovetown! It is free and geared for all ages from preschoolers to adults. We will meet there at 7:15pm inside the building (at the table that says “Christmas”). Consider it a “Dinner and Discussion” group field trip this week!

What?
His show is for all ages starts at 7:30 and will be a lot of fun… very interactive… and he entertains and educates with different elements of chemistry (e.g. fire, explosions, liquid nitrogen and more). In addition to being a chemist, he is also a Christ follower, and loves to use science to illustrate truths about God. His work has been translated and used outside the US as well.
If you have children (or if you like to play with science), you will love coming early because from 5:30-7:30, there will be 20 tables with kid-friendly hands-on science experiments that you do with your child.
Simple food (hot dogs / hamburgers) will be available for purchase.

Where?
New Hope, 715 S Old Belair Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813, we’ll meet together at 7:15pm inside the building to the right of the Information table.
