Easter Dinner (Fort Gordon Int’l Students only)

You’re invited to the Keyes family’s “Easter Celebration” on Saturday, April 3rd from 1-4pm at their home: 2023 High Grass Ct Evans, GA 30809. (Transportation will be provided from Candlewood Suites promptly at 12:30 P.M.)

The afternoon will begin with dinner, followed by a message on “What is the BIG deal about Easter?” and an Easter song, followed by Dessert and coffee.

The chef requests your RSVP by Saturday, 27 March. Please register before then.

Mouth-watering Menu: 

*Assorted Fresh Fruit Tray (Pineapple, Kiwi, Grapes, Strawberries, Mango, and Papaya)
*Buttermilk Chicken and Waffles served w/ Maple Syrup, Caramelized Walnuts, and Blueberry infused Butter
*Strata w/ Egg, Spinach and Gruyere Cheese
*Smoked Leg of Lamb stuffed w/ Feta Cheese, herbs and garlic served w/ Balsamic Vinegar and Plum Sauce
*Potato Anna (roasted red potatoes with a garlic butter sauce)
*Galumpki (Ukrainian stuffed cabbage w/ beef, rice, herbs in a creamy broth)
*Perogi (Ukrainian dumpling stuffed with potato and cheese)
*Broccoli Salad w/ Dark Raisins, Cranberries and Pecans
*Fresh Roasted Beets and Red Onion Salad in a Horseradish Vinaigrette Dressing
*Grilled Zucchini, Squash, Carrots, and Onions
*Cottage Cheese and Dill Bread
*Orange and Cranberry Bread

Desserts: Carrot Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting Crowned w/ Roasted Pecans (3 layers of moist carrot cake w/ pecans, pineapple, carrots and spices. Filled w/a sweet and tangy, cream cheese frosting and a hint of orange zest.) And Coconut Custard Pie (Creamy, rich custard in a flaky crust w/ a cloud of Meringue and toasted Coconut)
